Data collected and purposes

Through the contact form: your name, your company (optional), your email address, the chosen topic and your message. This information is used only to handle your request, get back to you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.

To secure the form, the sender's IP address is used to limit abusive submissions; it is also included in the message forwarded to our team.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for form security, on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for the MARFIK GROUP team. It is neither sold nor transferred.

It passes through our technical providers, acting on our instructions: Hetzner Online GmbH (site hosting, Germany), Google (Google Workspace email) and OVH (forwarding of contact@marfik.fr). Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, it does so under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

Retention

Messages and contact details are kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted, unless a contractual relationship has started in the meantime.

The anti-abuse mechanism keeps the IP address in memory for ten minutes only. The IP address included in the message received by our team follows the same retention as the message (three years after the last exchange). Server logs are kept for at most twelve months.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@marfik.fr. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and trackers

The site uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tool and no tracker requiring consent. Fonts and video are hosted on our own servers.

External demos (Hugging Face) are subject to their host's policy. In the sugar beet demo, photos are analysed in your browser and never sent to a server.
